- After your arrival at Cagliari airport in the south of Sardinia, the island welcomes you with all its contrasts. Due to their distance from the mainland, the Sardinians have largely preserved their own culture and language. You drive directly to your hotel in Cagliari. If you wish, you can use the time until dinner to explore the surrounding area, e.g. in the market halls of San Benedetto. (A)
