We depart from Edinburgh and travel through the rolling Lowlands, passing by Stirling Castle. Crossing the ancient fault line, the landscape shifts from open plains to the majestic Highlands, where forested glens and towering peaks define Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.
Traveling deeper into the West Highlands, you explore striking mountain scenery and visit the charming 18th-century town of Inveraray, historic seat of the Campbell Clan and the Duke of Argyll.
The afternoon is spent exploring Argyll’s scenic heart before reaching the lively bustling town of Oban, where you’ll settle in for a two-night stay.
