ツアー概要
This 15 day trek to Everest Base Camp (EBC) and Gokyo Lakes offers spectacular views of Mt. Everest & the remarkable beauty of the Gokyo Valley with its fascinating emerald blue lakes. The Himalayas of Nepal is without doubt a magical land of beauty rich in Tibetan Buddhist culture that is practiced by the most highly regarded trekking guides in Nepal. It was Sherpa Tenzing Norgay who accompanied New Zealander Sir Edmund Hillary to reach the summit of Mt Everest in 1953. The Gokyo and Everest Base Camp trek takes you through the high altitude Cho La Pass (5420m) that connects Dzongla in the east and Thagnak Village in the west.
Trekking through the tranquil Gokyo valley in the Sagarmatha National Park offers some fantastic views of Gokyo Ri (5357m) and Kalapathar (6660m). The views of Mount Everest (8848m), Mt Lhotse (8516m), Mt Makalu (8485m). Cho-Oyu (8201 m) and Nuptse, Amadablam, Thamserku, Pumori, and Khumbutse in the Khumbu district will leave you stunned.. Sagarmatha National Park has a profusion of unique flora and fauna and a diverse landscape that ranges from lush valleys, forests and glaciers. On the trail you can expect to encounter yaks grazing, donkeys, Musk deer, Himalayan mountain bear, wild mountain goats, the elusive Snow Leopard, blue sheep, Rhesus monkey, Languor monkeys, mountain hawk and the brightly colored pheasant (Nepal’s national bird).
Uma Holidays, Travel & Tours Everest Base Camp and Cho La Pass trek begins at Kathmandu with a short scenic flight to Lukla. Our trail begins at Lukla taking us to Namche, Tengboche, Dingboche, Lobuche and Everest Base Camp. Climbing to Kala Patthar (5550m) in the early morning, is a well known location for amazing views of Mt. Everest, Dzongla, Cho-La Pass (5420m), Gokyo Valley, Ngozumpa Glacier, 5 turquoise Gokyo Lakes, Renjo La Pass and Gokyo Ri. This Trek offers trekkers a more wide-ranging experience of this region rather than a visit to Everest Base Camp. This trek is more physically demanding due to the altitude at Cho La Pass (5420m). We will take a trail across the Ngozumpa Glacier before reaching the pass. Gokyo Valley is situated between Gokyo and Khumbu.
Sherpa Expedition Teams will attend to the details, such as permits, meals and accommodation along the trail. We leave nothing to chance and focus on making this an enjoyable, safe and hassle-free adventure that you will tell your friends about. Our reputation is unblemished in the trekking industry.
