ツアー概要
The 21 day Annapurna circuit trek with Tilicho Lake is one of the best trekking trails in Nepal. The trail takes you to the high mountain Throng La Pass (5416m) and to the turquoise blue Tilicho Lakes district. Thorong La Pass is one of the most spectacular in the region.
This trek takes you through Brahmin and Chhetri ethnic villages and into the more distant villages of Manang. You will follow trails through the deepest gorge in the world, the Kali Gandaki Gorge. On this trek, you may feel like you are in Tibet as you note the Tibetan-style architecture, holy places (Buddhist temples) and the bull-shaped 108 water spouts in Muktinath – a place that is sacred to Buddhists and Hindus. The trail begins in sub-tropical regions and quickly changes as we head higher where the terrain is more barren and rugged with less vegetation. Manang (3540m), for instance has a cold dry climate due to its altitude. The highlight of this trek is without reservation the exceptional views of the soaring Annapurna Ranges and the turquoise-colored Tilicho Lake. Some of the best views in the entire region can be had from Poon Hill at sunrise or sunset.
This 21 day journey begins in Kathmandu from where we will drive to Jagat and then trek to Chamje, Dharapani, Chame and Pisang before coming to Manang. We then trek to Khangsar and then to Tilicho Base Camp (5000m) situated just below Tilicho Peak (7134m). From Tilicho Base Camp the trail heads to Tilicho Lake and then to Base Camp. The next day we head to Yak Kharka Village and then climb to Thorong Phedi and then cross the barren inhospitable Thorong La Pass. After crossing Thorong La Pass we descend to Sri Kharka, Yak Kharka, Muktinath, Jomsom, Lete, Tatopani, Ghorepani, Poon Hill, Tikhedhunga, Nayapul, Pokhara and then back to Kathmandu.
Sherpa Expedition & Trekking (Est.1977) will organize all permits, meals and accommodation on the trek.

On arrival at Kathmandu, you will be met by a Sherpa Expedition & Trekking representative and transported to your hotel in Thamel. After checking in at the hotel, you will be briefed on what to expect on your trek. This is a good opportunity to ask questions of your guide concerning the trek. The remainder of your day can be spent wandering the narrow and winding streets of Thamel.
