日ごとの行程
Upon your arrival at Lhasa airport or train station, the local English-speaking tour guide and driver will pick you up from the exit gate and transfer you to the downtown hotel for check-in.
Free on your own for the rest of the day to acclimate to the high altitude and weather of Lhasa.
Travel Tips:
1. To reduce or avoid altitude sickness symptoms, on your first day in Lhasa, you are recommended to avoid strenuous exercises, not to take a bath to avoid catching a cold, avoid alcohol, drink plenty of water, and eat enough fruits, not to overeat, and get enough rest.
2. Prepare some American ginseng or Rhodiola, and consult your doctor to see if you are a good candidate for a prescription of Diamox altitude sickness medication.
3. Taking it easy and having a good rest is the key to avoiding altitude sickness.
