7-Day Okavango Delta, Moremi, and Savuti

Enjoy a full week of unrivalled safari from multiple viewpoints when we visit the Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve and Savuti. Join us for one of the most beautiful celebrations of wildlife, with a combination of extensive mobile safari game drives in Moremi Game Reserve (incl Savuti & Khwai areas), water-based safaris on the untouched waterways of the Okavango Delta and viewing the Okavango Delta from above during a scenic helicopter trip.  The comprehensive safari is guaranteed to provide life-long memories of Africa!

What to expect from this tour:

We will travel between a combination of different locations based in and around the Okavango Delta, to the edge of Chobe (Savuti) for an immersive wildlife and nature experience.

The lodge for your stay on Days 1, 2 and 6 is situated on the banks of the Boteti River, a tributary originating in the core of the Okavango Delta. Large spanning decks are nestled and spread out between majestic acacia tress and the unmistakable Mogotse bush resembling the horns of a Gemsbok are customary to the lodge’s ambience. This important river maintains its flow throughout the dry season when most other river systems are dry – which means animals will always visit to drink water (or to hunt those who drink water). This remote location is situated away from all man-made distractions allowing one to truly submerge themselves into the splendour of pristine and untouched natural surroundings.

On Day 3, we will embark on a journey of discovery towards the world-renowned Moremi Game Reserve with your mobile camp moving with you every step of the way.  We will take you on an adventurous 3-Day mobile safari with rest camps positioned in rugged big 5 territory. A team of guides, rangers, and chefs will enrich your experience while travelling, ensuring your every sense is indulged while surrounded by true African bushveld for as far as the eyes can see. Immerse yourself in this fully catered and rustic luxury setting, taking in the unrestricted sounds of nature. 

This tour is built for extraordinary bush experience. It is filled with engaging activities such as guided Mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) excursions including a short bushwalk, mobile camping safari in an open 4x4 game drive vehicle taking you to the heart of the bush, and scenic helicopter flight over the Okavango Delta!
